Tackle Fishing

The way of fishing as far as the ministry is concerned is just as wonderful and complex as the real thing. To catch different variety of fish you have to change your gear, your location, and your technique. When it's people you are after the same rules apply. The possibilities are endless and the rewards are the unique gifts of heaven itself.

The reason I wanted to breach this subject openly today is because I notice so many people that are just torn to shreds about themselves and feel so much guilt about how they live and the pressure of judgment whether real or precieved that I wanted to give you the naked truth about my own journey so that maybe you would find peace in your own.

The most common bait I like to use is the common earthworm. Like the earthworm I have spent a majority of the years of my life as the lowest life form there is, a worm. The biblical context is that of the original serpent cursed to crawl on its belly and eat dirt forever. And like this cursed creature I have lived comfortably below the feet of pretty much everyone else. I literally try to find a way under every person I meet. I do openly plenty of things that are judged by most as lowlife activity, or 'bottom feeding'.

What this means in plain speech is that I am a man of many carnal passions. I love to drive fast cars, do expensive drugs, pleasure hot women, drink, party, and basically get into any kind of trouble that turns me on. Now, with that being said, sure in any normal circumstances that life would just lead to pain and disappointment but there's a moral to the story. Letting go of my own self judgment and going after exactly what my heart desires, with fearless abandon is exactly what provides the "bait". With this one simple tool I have landed Doctors, Lawyers, Judges, Cops, and every single career criminal, drug addict, and whore in town.
